Wash all fabrics before use. Shrinkage can occur so please take this into account when ordering fabric as you may need to order more than a pattern states.
Wash at 30°. Do not bleach, iron on cool/medium, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean.
Returns will only be accepted on items that are faulty or damaged. Pre-cut fabrics (i.e. fat quarter packs, jelly rolls etc) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, minus return postage costs, unless the item is damaged.
No refund will be given on cut-to-order fabrics or remnants, unless they are faulty. Cut fabrics are classed as personalised orders. Please get in touch if you need to return an item.
All items are quality checked before they are despatched. Steel City Fabrics cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit.
