Returns will only be accepted on items that are faulty or damaged. Pre-cut fabrics (i.e. fat quarter packs, jelly rolls etc) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, minus return postage costs, unless the item is damaged. No refund will be given on cut-to-order fabrics, unless they are faulty. Please get in touch if you need to return an item.

All items are quality checked before they are despatched. Steel City Fabrics cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of items being received by Steel City Fabrics.

 ° This fabric is available to pre-order but please be aware that it is not available straightaway and we are expecting delivery in March 2023.

Please note expected delivery dates are for guidance only and are subject to change due to Manufacturing & Production issues, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the after effects of Brexit and Customs delays as deliveries are taking longer than expected to arrive in the Country.

Please order pre-order fabric separately from any other purchase you wish to make otherwise your fabric will be "held" until “LULLABEE” is ready to be posted, and fabrics will be sent together.°
