Wash all fabrics before use. Shrinkage can occur so please take this in to account when ordering fabric as you may need to order more than a pattern states.

Cloud9 – Like most cottons, gentle washing preserves colour and fibres longer. We recommend machine wash cold with like colours in a gentle cycle. Non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low and remove promptly to avoid wrinkling. Warn iron if needed.
Returns will only be accepted on items that are faulty or damaged. Pre-cut fabrics (i.e. fat quarter packs, jelly rolls etc) can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, minus return postage costs, unless the item is damaged. No refund will be given on cut-to-order fabrics or remnants, unless they are faulty. Cut fabrics are classed as personalised orders. Please get in touch if you need to return an item.

All items are quality checked before they are despatched. Steel City Fabrics cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of items being received by Steel City Fabrics.
° This fabric is available to pre-order, but please be aware that it is not available straightaway and we are expecting delivery in July 2024.
